Release of siteSifter 2.10 (p18)

This weeks release of siteSifter focus on WCAG 2.0 improvements; specifically to the various patterns used to detect common problems with such things as link texts and alt attributes.

There are also further work on new baselines, as well as a beta version of the new One–Time Token download system. More on that will follow next week.
